We use Vercel Analytics for basic, anonymous usage statistics. This works without setting any cookies on your device.
If we introduce functional cookies in the future (for example, to keep you logged in during an assessment), we will update this policy and let you know. Any such cookies would be strictly functional — never for advertising or tracking.
A core part of ExitScore is connecting business owners with independent professionals (such as financial advisers, solicitors, accountants, and M&A brokers) who can help with the areas where your score is weakest.
We will never share your information with a professional without your explicit, informed consent. Here's how it works:
After you complete an assessment, you may be offered the option to connect with a relevant professional. If you choose to do so, we will share your name, email address, and relevant parts of your assessment with that specific professional. You'll always know exactly who we're connecting you with and what information we're sharing before you confirm.
If you say “no” or “not yet”, we keep your data to ourselves.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard hosting providers. We don't store payment information — if we charge for anything in the future, payments will be handled by a regulated third-party processor.
We retain your data for as long as your ExitScore account is active or as long as we need it to provide the service. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days.
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to:
